Cultivating Employees for Life

Considering yourself an “employee for life” makes you – and your organization – pretty lucky. Job hopping is a thing these days, with 60% of millennials admitting to at least being open to other opportunities. Engagement drives company culture, but a disinterested workforce isn’t the answer to better retention.
