HQ’s Redesign Gets Noticed

The Motley Fool occupies most of 2000 Duke Street. A few years ago, company growth led to the acquisition of our building’s second floor. In partnership with Hickock Cole Architects, bare square footage was transformed into modern, functional, and Foolish digs.

Hard work pays off! Hickock Cole Architects was recognized for our project with an Award of Merit in the 2018 IIDA MAC Premiere Design Awards. The firm described HQ’s redesign:

“The Motley Fool’s 30,000 SF of renovation provides a newly connected office space and external suite for company affairs. The second floor introduces a communal hub for all employees to gather, retreat, and welcome new guests to the space. The first floor suite offers opportunity for company wellness & appreciation, as well as provides a space to host forums and presentations for both internal and external education. The overall aesthetic reflects the company’s quirky yet professional culture.”
